Strict Vendor Management
S1D has a strict vendor management policy. Each vendor is categorized into Classes, Types and Graded on a continuous basis. The vendor’s performance are constantly being evaluated and are based on product quality, competitive pricing, on-time delivery, customer service and overall performance.
Rigorous Quality Inspection
Quality inspection is an essential function in our quality management process. We follow a Zero-Tolerance policy for discrepancies of any kind. Every component goes through a robust incoming and outgoing inspection procedure. Additionally, S1D practices, and upon customer request, tests to the AS6081 Standard for Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition of fraudulent/counterfeit electronic parts.
Engineering Review
Quality is everybody’s responsibility at S1D. This is why we have multiple layers to our quality control process, including Engineering review. Our onsite Component and Electrical Engineer(s) are readily available at any inspection stage to guide and review all orders. We are also available to answer any technical or component testing questions you may have. We are committed to quality, service and customer satisfaction.
